The Cedar Key Speckled Trout bite is awesome on the grass flats, cuts and around oyster bars, using popping corks and 1/4 oz jig heads with shrimp or you can use any of your favorite plastic baits. The Speckled Trout are really liking the cooler weather and the Redfish are still biting good on the oyster bars and islands. The gag grouper and red grouper are biting good in 38 to 50 feet of water and the King Fish are here too, there seem to more of them in 20 to 35 feet of water. The Spanish Mackerels are here also in the same areas.
