What Are Friends For? To Go Fishing With! Hey Everyone, Mother Nature has been very nice to us offshore anglers lately, and she has allowed me to roam to some of my deep water haunts. This Off Shore Cedar Key, Florida Fishing Report is From Cedar Key Grouper Guide Captain John MIDDLE GROUNDS OFFSHORE OVER NITE TRIP Bait: sardines, thread fin hering, live pin & pig fish Left the dock around 10:30 am Sunday, with 2-4 ft sea and a 15 kt west wind, it was alittle rough, but we made the 80 mile run in about 3.5 hrs. 1st stop at a wreck, was on fire, amber jacks and grouper, lost some real big fish then the sharks moved in, so we moved on.
