This time of year, the trout are getting bigger and are more active in 3 to 5 ft of water on all the area’s grass flats and bars. We are using popping corks, plastics and shrimp. The Trout like popping corks with shrimp, gulps or your favorite plastic baits in 3-5 ft of water on the grass flats and oyster bar areas.
