Seeing Is Believing Cedar Key Florida Inshore Fishing Report In between the wind & the waves, the Speckled Trout have been biting great, as well as the Redfish. This time of year, the trout are getting bigger and are more active in 3 to 5 ft of water on all the area’s grass flats and bars. We are using popping corks, plastics and shrimp.
