Yea! The Ocklawaha River Has Returned To Normal

The Ocklawaha River is finally back with in it’s banks. After several months of record rainfall and high water, the Bass bite on the Ocklawaha River has returned to normal.

I went out today and only fished for two hours. Caught and released 8 Bass, four of which were over 5 lbs.. Not bad for September.  Barring any tropical storms, I expect the bite to improve over the next few months.
