Fishing Report, This time of year its best to be an Early Bird

Gulf of Mexico (Cedar Key to Crystal River) High water temps have pushed most everything we fish for to deeper water. Lately, the best Trout bite has been early morning, in 6 to 8 feet of water. We’ve recently been fishing the grass flats in the Lowes Bay area with mixed results. The Reds have also moved out of the creeks into deeper, cooler waters around the outside oyster bars and spoil islands of the Withlacoochee Reefs (Yankeetown).
