Hey Fall Fisherman,

Now that we are wearing jackets and sweatshirts in?the mornings and the water temps have dropped, you know the Speckled Trout and Reds are biting good.

We have had days with high north winds and slick days, each with it’s own challenges.

Saltwater Assassin baits, Berkely Gulps, cutbait continue to get the job done. Skill level and style of fishing dictate the best method for your success. Also, cork or not, shallow or deep, are factors.

One of my last reports I sent a photo of a keeper-bonus Grouper, this week I’ve included of another bonus catch. A bull-red, 42″ long,? 26lbs, caught on 10lb test Triple Fish line, a model 2500 Shimano Stradic, 1/16oz assassin jighead, and white 3″ Gulp. Hooked, landed,? photographed and released.

My customer, Mr. Adams did a great job fighting this fish on light tackle and as quickly as possible made a quick release.

Thanks for Reading!
