Cedar Key Florida Inshore Fishing Report The Speckled Trout are biting good, they love the cooler weather. Use popping corks and jig heads with shrimp or your favorite plastic baits. Winter time can slow the fish up some, so be patient and try slow jigging off the bottom too. The Sheepshead are biting near docks, bridges and rock piles using fiddler crabs, oysters or shrimp.
