More Weather Challenges.
Trout and Reds are in another transition. You may remember a few months ago when I talked about the water temp changes and the challenges it presented in locating fish.
Well as the flats warm more Trout have moved to deeper flats. We have gone back to slow jigging the deep grass. If you fish it to fast, you’ll catch nothing but ladies and blues.
Reds seem to be more scattered now, which is normal this time of year. They will be caught in the same places, just not the same numbers.
We’re all anticipating scallop season. It looks good.
I don’t have to tell you we are still dealing with weather, almost daily.
God Bless and Good Luck
