As a guide it’s a good idea to have a plan, but just as important to be able to adapt
Friday morning case in point.
I didn’t think I had enough water to fish for Reds, but on my way out the river, some of my tide level gauges(shell bars and channel markers) said yes I did. So we went redfishing on an outgoing tide?for 2 hours. Our efforts were rewarded with 4 nice Reds to 24 inches on 3″ Gulp shrimp installed on Assassin 1/16 oz jigheads.
Keeper Trout were very difficult this day.? Redfish saved the day to delight of my party, it’s what they wanted to do anyway, on their way to G’ville for Florida v. Miami.
Pv.19:21 “Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s? purpose that prevails.”
