Cedar Key Inshore Fishing Report The Speckled Trout bite is slowing down a bit, they seem to be more in the deeper grass flats, out by seahorse reef grassy area and around the bars and cuts. Use popping corks and a longer leader with shrimp and your favorite plastic baits and gulp baits.
