Cedar Key Inshore Fishing Report The speckled trout are still biting great on the grass flats in three to four and a half feet of water using popping corks and jig heads with shrimp, gulps, or your favorite soft baits. The Spanish mackerel are biting good too using the same methods as the trout or with 1/8 oz jig free lining and it helps if you put out a chum bag too.
